Educational programs include Thai cooking classes. Students can learn how to make Thai curry, spring rolls or other delicious dishes.
Vegetarians are always welcomed and vegetarian dishes are also an option.

Here, two students from the US (along with a local Thai high school student) learn how to make the chili paste that is used in making Thai curry.

In the old days, rice was milled by hand. Students get to try out the various methods of removing the hull.

community involvement programs

Some options for Community Involvement Programs include painting the local high school. There's always something that needs sprucing up or fixing. The locals often don't have sufficient funds to keep their school looking nice. They really appreciate this sort of assistance.

On this visit, we were asked to make up posters of occupations along with the occupation written in English.
This was fun and four Thai students join in on it.
