Adventure Travel Kayaking Tours for all ages

We are a nature-based paddling adventure travel company. Every aspect of our lives (personally and as tour leaders), is naturally geared toward the enjoyment of the environment without unduly changing it.

Although we do some land-based trekking as a part of our trips, our primary means of experiencing an area is on water, be it ocean, river, or lake. We use muscle-powered kayaks to lessen our impact on the environment and to get closer to the natural world. We find paddling our own craft to be the most practical balance between exposing our guests to a new environment and not interfering with existing ecosystems.

Phang Nga Bay sea kayaking adventure eco tours

In spite of Phang Nga Bay's popularity, it is still fairly easy to go kayaking around certain parts of the bay without seeing other tour groups. PaddleAsia specializes in getting away from other travelers. Our goal is to give you an intimate experience with Nature and to provide you with the best cultural experiences as well. Phang Nga Bay is perfectly suited to offer both.

Customized School Educational Programs

PaddleAsia specialises in year-round school group kayaking and mountain biking trips to unspoiled and colourful destinations throughout Southern Thailand. Dave is a British Canoe Union Level 2 Coach and is the most experienced kayaker in Southern Thailand. He is also certified by The International Award for Young People organization. All PaddleAsia guides concentrate on safety skills and all are certified to international standards.

Program stress environmental education and sustainability as well as the preservation of the local culturals. One very popular school group trip option is to include the Ko Yao Noi Homestay Project.

No Experience Neccessary for most of our Trips

PaddleAsia is not just for the young lion. The fitness level required is not meant to be intimidating. We not looking for athletes… desk jockeys can certainly join us. Our average guest is middle age or older. Families are welcomed too. kayaking tours in southern Thailand

Some trips are easier than other. Our Khao Sok National Park trip is very easy. We spend a lot of time just sitting in our kayaks watching monkeys and birds. Our Phang Nga trip is another easy trip.

We usually prefer bungalows and guesthouses over camping in the tropics, however we do offer kayaking and camping tours as well. We usually choose our accommodations according to the quality of their restaurant! Comfort, convenience, and great food is our hallmark.

Experience is certainly not necessary for most of our trips; we train beginners and novices during the trip and gear our trips accordingly. Most of our guests haven’t paddled before. Kayaking is an ever-growing and rewarding recreational activity. Nothing beats sneaking up on wildlife from the convenience of a kayak. You will have experiences in a kayak that you simply can’t by any other means.
