There’s a small beach on the west side of the island. From there, you’ll paddle east to Ko Roi. This is only 1 nautical mile. The eastern side of the island has cave. At high water, you can paddle through the cave to access a hidden lagoon. At lower water you can walk through the cave. There is sand to the left side once you’re inside. Watch for sharp rocks/oysters. Don’t go barefoot! The yacht will pick you up and transfer you to the mooring spot for the night. These cliffs are lined with Cycads, epiphytes and other vegetation. There are some small beaches near the tip of the point, but once you get in a ways you won’t have any sandy beaches. Three nautical miles into the paddle, you’ll come to a fork. Go right and paddle through a short cave. This will lead to a huge lagoon. Enjoy it. It’s a special place. The yacht will pick you up and transfer you to a group
of islands known as the Pak Bia group. There are several small islands
in the group and each is different from the others. Ko Pak Bia
has a sandy spit that almost connects two islands at low tide. This is a popular tourist spot for tourists from Ko Yao and the Krabi area. If you don’t want to see people, go early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Paddle south to Ko Hong (a.k.a Ko Bele). this area. Then, the yacht will transfer us to the next mooring destination. Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner Day 5 You’ll be transferred to a group of islands off of Ao Nang, Krabi.
